Job Purpose
KFC is looking for a Food Service Team Member. This member will prepare the Company’s products in an efficient manner according to standards while maintaining all equipment and utensils and keeping all areas concerned clean and tidy.
Duties and responsibilities
- Comply with company policies and procedures
- Unload and store supplies in the fridge and freezer
- Defrost chicken
- Cook chicken
- Prepare and store raw chicken products in the fridge and freezer
- Clean and maintain equipment
- Clean and maintain designated interior and exterior areas of the kitchen
- Undertake further tasks as required by management to facilitate the running of the restaurant
Minimum requirements
- Matric
- English
