Through its participation in the Youth Employment Service (YES) initiative, Nedbank plays an active role in addressing youth unemployment by providing structured workplace exposure across its national operations.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>What Is the YES (Youth Employment Service) Programme?<\/h2>\n<p>The YES Programme is a <strong>business-led partnership with government<\/strong> aimed at reducing youth unemployment in South Africa. It provides young people with the opportunity to gain <strong>practical workplace experience<\/strong>, develop new skills, and improve their employability.<\/p>\n<p>The Nedbank YES Programme is <strong>not a learnership, internship, or apprenticeship<\/strong>.
