R1 fifty seven 326 per annum. (Total package deal to be structured in accordance with the
rules of the Senior Management Services)

REQUIREMENTS :
An undergraduate qualification (NQF degree 7) in Quantity Surveying. A
minimum of 5 (5) years’ trip in MMS/SMS stage and registered with
the expert physique (SACQSP) – The South African Council for the Quantity
Surveying Profession. A legitimate Driver’s license. Must be in a position to travel.
Knowledge: Quantity surveying regulation insurance policies and requirements and indices,
Technical expertise of the accepted constructed environment, Contract management,
Quantity surveying techniques and practices, Public Financial Management Act,
Cost management, Risk management. Skills And Experience: Advanced
communication, Programme and challenge management, Utilisation of industry

Develop, control and preserve volume surveying associated policies, aligned to
best exercise strategies and requirements – enhance and preserve constructing cost
