REQUIREMENTS :
Three 12 months applicable (NQF stage 6) publish matric qualification or equivalent
qualification as acknowledged by means of SAQA; Four (4) years’ applicable trip at
supervisory/middle managerial degree in a Nutrition associated discipline (must submit
academic report or announcement of effects with application). Knowledge of
relevant schooling insurance policies and modern-day developments in the discipline of schooling and
nutrition; Knowledge of the Curriculum Assessment Policy Statements (CAPS);
Knowledge of coverage formulation; Knowledge of challenge and financial
management; General know-how of lookup strategies and tools; Good
knowledge of public region legislative and regulatory environment; Proven
experience in file writing; Proof of a legitimate driver’s license is a prerequisite
(travel extensively).Skills Required: Coordination, facilitation, analytical, critical
and innovative thinking; Strong document writing competencies and conversation (verbal
and written); Attention to element and excessive degree of accuracy, high quality public
relations and public talking skills; Self-disciplined; Ability to work properly under
pressure with minimal supervision; Leadership, administration and conflict
resolution skills; Strong organisational, planning and hassle fixing skills;
Supervisory and Inter-personal skills; Proven capacity to interact in proactive and
informative discussions at all levels; A excessive diploma of sound judgement in
dealing with Government Officials, counterparts and different role-players.
Computer literate in MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
DUTIES :
The profitable incumbent will be accountable for: Managing and coordinating
the implementation of the National School Nutrition Programme in targeted
Province/s; Assessing and reviewing departmental insurance policies as and when
required; Managing and enticing Provinces in the enterprise planning process
in compliance with the Conditional Grant Framework; Ensuring well timed and
quality reviews as properly as compliant enterprise plans; Supporting, monitoring and
guiding Provinces as delegated, in all things to do as contained in the provincial
business plans to make sure that it is wonderful and responsive to the desires of
learners; Planning, executing and coordinating the National School Nutrition
Best Schools and District Awards; Facilitating and Supporting potential building
workshops for provincial and district officers inside the Directorate;
Conceptualising and initiating undertaking proposals associated to faculty nutrition;
Managing and aiding all associated programmes of the Care and Support for
Teaching and Learning Framework (CSTL), inclusive of amongst others the
National Schools Deworming Programme, WASH (health and hygiene COVID19 response); Compiling and analysing quarterly overall performance reports;
