An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Electrical apprentice to join our team. They will be responsible for passing an aptitude test and conducting a medical evaluation before starting their training.

Kumba Iron Ore
High-grade iron ore is a vital component of steelmaking. We are engaged in various activities, such as exploration, mining, processing, transportation, and selling. Our head office is situated in Rosebank in Gauteng, while our mining operations are in Northern Cape province.
Job Description
You are invited to join our team at Sishen Mine as part of our three-year artisan learnership program.
Through this program, you will be able to enhance your skills and make a difference in the community through on-the-job training and classroom learning at Sishen Mine. Apart from developing your abilities, this program also provides you with a customized plan that will allow you to achieve your goals. As you progress through the program, we will help you identify your true capabilities and improve them.
Training Programs for Artisan Learner:
1st year: Institutional training at Sivos, Technical Training Centre.
2nd year: On-the-job/core training at Sishen mine.
3rd year: Complete trade test
Education and Qualifications
You will need to have all of these items in order to perform your tasks.
You should have a minimum of N2 in Mathematics, engineering science, industrial electronics, and electrical trade theory.
