REQUIREMENTS :
Appropriate Trade Test Certificate in one of these change occupations
(Plumbing, Carpentry, Paint and Décor, and Electrical only). Valid driver’s
license will be an delivered advantage. Applicant need to word that this is a Provincial
Capacity Development Programme and profitable candidates will be placed
against the district and will be predicted to travel, behavior evaluation for
repairs and undertake preservation and repairs to all amenities of the District in
accordance with the Job venture method that will be designed through the
District and Provincial Infrastructure Unit. Applicants who have been exposed
in the education programme of the Eastern Cape Department of Health will be
given preference.
DUTIES :
Render technical services, undertake constructing and restore work of all technical
components in all of the allotted institution/s. Inspect and investigate
technical faults in all makes of technical constructions and equipment. Perform all
trade associated obligations as per the applicable alternate e.g. Electrical, Plumbing,
Carpentry & Painting and Decorations. Supervise exchange assistants and general
assistants allotted to the Workshops inside services allotted to him/her and
mentor all artisan improvement trainees positioned on the platform. Facilitate for
outsourcing of high tech restore and preservation provider and furnish for overall
support to the infrastructure protection and restore offerings of the province
as and when required.
