Job Purpose

As a Service Ambassador (Waiter/Waitress), you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service from the moment guests enter the restaurant until they leave.

Your role includes welcoming customers, taking food and beverage orders, serving meals, processing payments, maintaining clean dining areas, and ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional Spur experience.

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for:

• Welcoming customers and escorting them to their tables.
• Presenting menus and explaining meals and beverages.

• Taking accurate food and beverage orders.
• Capturing customer orders using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Communicating customer orders to kitchen staff.
• Serving meals and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Ensuring food presentation meets Spur quality standards.
• Issuing customer bills and processing payments.
• Clearing and resetting tables after guests leave.
• Delivering excellent customer service throughout the dining experience.
• Following food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Maintaining cleanliness in dining and service areas.
