SALARY :

REQUIREMENTS :

A National Higher Diploma/ BTech in the Built Environment discipline and a
minimum of 4 (4) years’ and six months trip in the Built
Environment/Honours diploma in Built Environment filed with a minimal of
three (3) years’ experience. Compulsory registration with the SACPCMP as a
Professional Construction Manager and/ furnish a proof that you have applied
to register with the expert council and paid the prescribed software and
registration fees. A legitimate driver’s license. Computer literacy, Knowledge and
understanding of the following Acts: Public Finance Management Act,
Occupational Health and Safety Act as nicely as Building Regulations and
Environmental Conservation Act, Knowledge and perception of the
Government Procurement System, Good planning, monetary and price range skills,
Sound analytical and top written and verbal verbal exchange skills; Knowledge
and grasp of the JBCC and GCC shape of contract.

DUTIES :

Contribute to venture initiation, scope definition and scope exchange manipulate for

and have interaction in multi-disciplinary building groups related to the
construction/maintenance of facilities; Ensure that construction tasks are
implemented and accomplished as envisaged in the acquisition/procurement plan
and that excessive nice tasks are delivered inside time, fee and quality
framework.
